Keep Playing in ChatGPT
The ChatGPT app is on its way. Until then, the coach in the Keep Playing app does everything below.
Plan your training in ChatGPT, then do it on your Apple Watch. The Keep Playing app for ChatGPT reads your training and can change your plan, your goals and your notes. Your workouts still happen in Apple's Workout app, and Keep Playing on your iPhone keeps everything in sync.
What ChatGPT can see
- Your workouts: type, date, duration, distance, average heart rate and how hard they felt.
- Your goals and how you're doing against them.
- Your plan for the next seven days.
- Your notes, like "traveling Tuesday to Thursday".
- Your conversation with the coach in the app.
What ChatGPT can change
- Your plan. Ask for next week and ChatGPT writes it.
- Your goals.
- Your notes. Tell it about a trip or an injury and it adds a note to your log.
Changes reach your iPhone the next time you open Keep Playing. The app then sends the new sessions to your watch and tells you in the chat what ChatGPT changed.
What stays on your iPhone
Sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and heart-rate recordings. ChatGPT never sees them.
What you need
- The Keep Playing app on your iPhone, with a subscription.
- A ChatGPT account. In ChatGPT, add Keep Playing and sign in with the same Apple ID you use in the app.
You can disconnect at any time in ChatGPT's settings or in Keep Playing under Settings.
